It's a disaster, they take the man-hours too seriously. Each visit, the car comes out with different options. After today's service, they disabled the option that allowed me to see the speed of the car in front.

After the quote, the car entered the workshop. After the service was completed, additional costs totaled almost 1,000 PLN. It was for suspension programming, and Volvo added a mysterious calibration without prior approval. What's more, they performed a service I expressly forbade and now sent an invoice for it. A good tip: record the approvals before entering the workshop.
